As a Project Manager, you will be expected to lead a Team starting with the creation of a Conceptual Design package, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents.
As a Project Architect, you will be expected to work both independently and with Team Members to ensure that Architectural Projects meet their specified goals on-time and within their budget. This will consist of creating Conceptual Design packages, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents.
Additional Duties may also include helping create accurate Fee Estimates and Project Schedules for your Project as well as assisting the Client and General Contractor by answering RFIs during the Construction Administration phase.
As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be expected to work directly with Project Managers to help move projects forward in a timely manner through the creation and revision of architectural plans. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing these drawings which will begin with establishment of a Schematic Design for the Project, refining the drawings during the Design Development phase, with the end result being a set of working Construction Documents. Project types will consist of, but not be limited to, Hospitality (Country Clubs & Hotels), Restaurants, Mixed Use, and Commercial. Knowledge of typical architectural building principles as well as a strong understanding of Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture is necessary for this position.
