Architectural Designer

Full-Time

We are seeking talented and creative team members for Intermediate and Senior Architectural Designer positions!

You will be expected to define and develop the design intent with Project Managers and Project Architects during Conceptual Design and Design Development on a variety of project types including, but not limited to, Hospitality (Country Clubs & Hotels), Restaurants, Mixed Use, and Commercial. You will be expected to “think ideas out of your brain and onto paper” in a way that is easy to understand while also being representative of the client’s vision and requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 5-7 years’ experience hand sketching
• Experience in Creative Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Floor Planning
• Ability to communicate the Design Intent in an easily understood and personable manner

An ideal candidate will also possess the following experience:

• Usage of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Architecture
• Space Planning for Commercial and Mixed-Use environments
• Development of designs in both traditional and digital mediums
• Usage of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)

Architectural Draftsperson

Full-Time

GliddenSpina + Partners is seeking talented team members for Architectural Draftsperson positions!

You will be expected to work directly with Project Managers to help move projects forward in a timely manner through the creation and revision of architectural plans. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing these drawings which will begin with establishment of a Schematic Design for the Project, refining the drawings during the Design Development phase, with the end result being a set of working Construction Documents. Project types will consist of, but not be limited to, Hospitality (Country Clubs & Hotels), Restaurants, Mixed Use, and Commercial. Knowledge of typical architectural building principles as well as a strong understanding of Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture is necessary for this position.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Senior Project Manager

Full-Time

GliddenSpina + Partners is seeking talented team members for Senior Project Manager positions!

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to lead a Production Team beginning at the creation of a Conceptual Design package, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents. Lastly, you will assist the General Contractor during the Construction Administration phase to help ensure that the Project is completed on-time and within its budget.

To be considered for this position, you will be required to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Licensed Architect
• 15 years’ Experience in a Production Environment
• Strong Experience with Architectural Project Management Concepts and Workflows
• Comprehensive Knowledge of typical Structural and MEP Systems
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Building Codes and the Permitting Process
• Strong Team Oriented skills to move projects along their intended workflow
• Mentor and Praise, hold others accountable for the established goals of each project

An ideal Candidate will also possess the following experience:

• 20+ years’ Experience in a Production Environment
• Experience leading and mentoring others

Accounting Lead

GliddenSpina + Partners is seeking a team member for a position as an Accounting Lead!

You will be expected to assist with the oversight and coordination of all financial operations. You will ensure that these operations function efficiently and will provide direct assistance to our Project Management Team and CFO by reporting and reconciling all financial activities.

As someone with a clear perspective on the firm’s finances, you will assist Project Managers in monitoring and resolving projected resources and billings for their projects. You will be expected to report directly to the CFO with a clear financial perspective on activities that impact the business. These will include the firm’s treasury, budgeting, audit, reconciliation, accounting, purchasing, accounts payables and receivables as well as benefit programs, and insurance activities. Lastly, you will provide financial leadership insight and guidance in an effort to educate and support our growing staff. This position requires a high level of confidentiality regarding all business practices. As such, written consent agreeing to these confidentiality clauses will be required.
